A brief introduction to using Pinterest for business

Pinterest has been collecting

Pinterest has been collecting column inches left, right and centre in the last couple of months. And it's starting to show a little ROI for consumer brands. But is it ever likely to be a B2B platform of choice?

Hi Alex, great question and one that we have been asked several times over the last few weeks. I think Pinterest shows great potential for B2B as well as B2C. Marketers just have to get a bit more creative with their thinking and decide how they can use it in a measurable way that engages their audience. It's just a matter of time to see whether it brings the results everyone is hoping for. There are already some good examples of B2B companies using it to build their brand personality, showcase recent projects and generate interest in trade shows etc. We would advise B2B brands to certainly have a go if they feel it would be relevant to their audience, especially with all the publicity Pinterest is getting at the moment.
