Earnest was established in September 2009 with a mission to provide the combination of a consumer ad agency with a great creative strategy, and a B2B agency with insight and understanding of business buyers. Its mission was to be to be an agency that:
- Is driven by a desire to work its way into the consciousness of B2B marketers globally.
- Recognises and supports the fundamental changes impacting our industry today.
- Marries old world and new world marketing techniques.
- Helps its clients manage their outbound an inbound communications to maximise ROI.
- Captures the hearts, minds and budgets of B2B buyers.
Now in its second year, it has grown to a 15 strong agency, boasting six major new client wins, 100 per cent growth (year-on-year), and some work that it and its clients are proud of.
Its guiding principles - the Earnest manifesto - is designed to help shape its business and bring a very distinct Earnest flavour to everything we do.

Helping those who help our heroes...
Haig Housing Trust worked with Earnest to create the ‘Coming Home’ charity campaign. Aiming to raise money to help service people get specially adapted accommodation, the Trust performs a hugely valuable service alongside the Help for Heroes charity. Help for Heroes gets brave service people back on their feet, Coming Home helps them re-build their lives by obtaining appropriate accommodation for their recuperation. Earnest gave its services for free – creating a new website and logo for the Trust to launch the campaign. In the first few weeks of the campaign – ‘Coming Home’ has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds to adapt accommodation for our injured service people.
