Companies can now better capitalise on the potential offered by social business, thanks to IBM’s new software designed to track and monitor social data in real-time.
‘Connections’ includes functionality allowing marketers to track and trace data on the fly throughout their organisations.
Revenues from social commerce are set to skyrocket in the coming years, and Connections is one attempt to get a handle on the possibilities presented, with Tibbr (launched earlier this year) being another such solution.
