2012 Marcomms Agencies Benchmarking Report published

B2B Marketing, the comprehensive information resource for marketing professionals, has published its annual B2B agency report.

The Marcomms Agencies Benchmarking Report, produced in association with Circle Research, provides exclusive insights into Marcomms fan imagekey trends and detailed breakdowns of performance of the leading specialist B2B agencies.

This year the report has been extended to include the Reputation Index – a score that indicates whether agencies achieve the objectives set by their clients, as well as what they’re like to work with.

Key findings from the report include:

  • UK B2B marcomms agencies grew 14 per cent in 2012.
  • Fifty-six per cent of agencies say clients’ budgets remain the biggest challenge.
  • According to 45 per cent of agencies, at least 50 per cent of their projects in 2012 had an international dimension.
  • Agencies’ digital expertise and employees were rated highly by current clients.

Speaking about the expansion of this year’s league table, Joel Harrison, director of editorial and content at B2B Marketing, said, “This year’s league table is bigger than ever, with 50 agencies featured for the first time, and record results listed for agency performance over the last 12 months – despite adverse economic conditions.”
