79% of marketers prefer face-to-face training

A whopping 79 per cent of B2B marketers prefer face-to-face training, according to a new report published by B2B Marketing.

Some 42 per cent of respondents said they preferred this training method because they could ‘interact and discuss ideas’, while 19 per cent said they enjoyed face-to-face training because there were ‘fewer distractions’ and 17 per cent found it ‘more effective’.

Meanwhile, 12 per cent of respondents said they preferred online on-demand learning, eight per cent online interactive learning and only one per cent written distance learning.
