Advert measurement company Adledge acquired by Sublime

Marketing agency Sublime has acquired advert measurement business Adledge as part of a growth strategy.

The acquisition means Sublime customers will now be able to access new capabilities to measure their advert performance.

Sublime will build upon Adledge’s algorithms to create new ones based on ad quality and brand safety.

Adledge will remain legally independent but will become part of the Sublime Group. Employees of Adledge will also move to the agency’s head office located in Paris.

Marc Rouanet, CEO and co-founder of Sublime said he was thrilled to welcome Adledge to the team. “We continuously aim to add value to our partners, publishers and advertisers. Sublime will continue working with third-party brand safety and measurement companies, but by integrating Adledge’s technology and know-how it will enable Sublime to provide a qualitative and differentiating offer.”

This isn’t Sublime’s first acquisition. In 2017 it acquired French company Kpsule.
