Agencies offering social media services declines

Agencies offering social media services has declined, with nine per cent less agencies offering these services than in 2012 according to a recent study published by B2B Marketing.

All agencies now offer clients web design and management services and 99 per cent provide marketing planning and strategy.

Plus, video is the fastest growing service, now offered by 19 per cent more agencies than in 2012. 


Meanwhile, 61 per cent of agencies said CMS was used and crucial to the work they do for clients. This was followed by ‘email marketing’ (37 per cent) and ‘social media management’ (46 per cent).

The most under-used technology types were ‘marketing automation’ (such as Eloqua/Oracle or Marketo) and ‘web visitor ID services’ (such as Lead Forensics).
