Alida partners with Stratifyd

CX management platform Alida and data analytics company Stratifyd have partnered together to enable Alida customers to use multiple data sources to understand its customers.

Stratifyd’s powerful Natural Language and Speech Analytics engine will be integrated into Alida. This will enable brands to tackle business opportunities such as creating predictive models for customer retention and identifying root causes of emerging issues by tracking customer anomalies and trends.
