We realise the entry process for awards can be a bit daunting – reams of information, lots of instructions and tonnes of preparation can seem tough on a busy schedule. But we don’t want you to miss out on the chance for your work, team and company to get the recognition they deserve. We’ve put together a simple step-by-step guide to make the entry as easy as possible – and give you the best chance of winning.
STEP ONE – PREPARATION
• Make a note of the 12 June deadline. Allow yourself good time to get your entry prepared and all the necessary information together.
• Decide what you’re going to enter. We’ve got 27 categories to choose from based on key areas of B2B marketing excellence. Check them out alongside all entry criteria in our full submission guide.

• Take a look at previous winners and runners-up to get some inspiration.
Tip: In your entries include key results, present things well and don’t try and be too clever!
• Compiling your entry should be a job for the whole team. Preparing a submission is an excellent opportunity for your department to critically evaluate the success of its campaigns and learn for the future. If you’ve got a PR agency, they may also be able to assist.
STEP TWO – SUBMISSIONS
• Once you’re all prepared, it’s time to start the submission process! All submissions need to be entered via our new online portal. This makes the process super simple and gives you the flexibility to amend your entries before submitting throughout the entry period.
• Online entries open May 7. Log in at b2bmarketingawards.com and begin working on your submissions.
• Double check the assessment criteria and ensure that before you finalise your submission that you have proof points to support each metric.
• The cost of entry is £230+VAT per entry, or £195+VAT for members (team or corporate). All late entries that arrive after 12 June 2015 will be £285+VAT per submission.
• Payment can be made online via credit card when submitting your entry or cheque which must arrive prior to entry deadlines.
• Send hard copies of your entries as well as an supporting documents by post or courier to B2B Marketing Awards, Clover House, fifth floor, 147-149 Farringdon Road, London, EC1R 3HN.
Note: Both digital versions and a hard copy are compulsory.
