Champagne corks were popping at the B2B Marketing Awards 2010, as the great and the good of the B2B world congregated to celebrate 12 months of creativity and campaigning.
Big winners on the night included Maginus, which scooped the coveted campaign of the year award, Franklin Rae Communications, which took the PR agency of the year and marketer of the year Stephanie Doyle.
Joel Harrison, editor of B2B Marketing, said, “This was our biggest and best awards night yet. It’s great to see the confidence and enthusiasm surrounding B2B marketing – it’s come a long way since we launched the awards in 2005.”
Attended by around 700 people, the glittering gala dinner ceremony took place at London’s Honourable Artillery Company on Thursday night.
James Farmer, publisher at B2B Marketing, said, “It’s amazing how far the B2B Marketing awards has come. It is truly becoming an international showcase for marketing excellence.
“2010 was the most hotly contested year in the history of the awards. The commercial benefits of winning are pushing competition through the roof.”
