Antonia Wade has joined Capita from Refinitiv, formerly the financial and risk business of Thomson Reuters, where she was global head of customer proposition marketing.
Capita provides consulting, software and digital business process outsourcing solutions to help clients across the private and public sectors improve their productivity and enhance their use of technology and data.
Antonia said: “I’m excited about joining Capita as it undergoes a major transformation of its business. I look forward to working with the team to build innovative, creative marketing programs that will engage clients, employees and stakeholders with Capita’s vision as well as drive growth.”
Previous to Refinitiv, Antonia was at Accenture for almost 10 years, where she became marketing and communications director. She started her career at HM Treasury as marketing, strategy and change policy advisor.
At Thomson Reuters, Antonia
transformed the marketing function from limited metrics and ROI
to generating 12.5% gross sales and a return on investment of over 700%.
