Business software company, Sage UK, has rebranded online payments business, Protx, to Sage Pay. The move is designed to help Sage Pay move to the next phase of its growth.
Marketing & PR manager at Sage Pay, Charlotte Speller, said: “Our success has been to create a truly differentiated brand – which capitalises and celebrates the equity and value of both parent brands – alongside a simple productisation strategy.”
Frank Brady, director at agency redroute, which worked on the rebrand, said that it would help Sage Pay “to become the leading payment services provider for small and medium sized businesses, and a major division of Sage (UK) Limited.”
