CBS Outdoor International
(CBS) has announced the completion of its rebrand. As part of the rebrand the company will be now known as Exterion Media.
This change follows the acquisition of CBS Outdoor International in September 2013 by Platinum Equity, a leading private equity firm specialised in mergers, acquisitions and operations.
Leon Taviansky, chief operating and financial officer said: “We are very excited to be operating under the Exterion Media brand. It demonstrates a new chapter in the world of out-of-home advertising and we are looking forward to developing more insights and bringing innovation to a medium that continues to capture the eyeballs of millions of potential customers for advertisers”.
