We are looking for an ambitious and experienced event producer to help deliver our extensive events program. You’ll be joining the events team at an exciting time of transformational change, with the launch of new products, rollout of new technology and expansion into new markets and territories. We’ll be looking to you to play a key role in the team of helping us drive and build on the success of these changes.

Working with the events coordinator, the successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of a busy events program.

The opportunity:

The producer’s remit is to take responsibility for creating/reviewing the commercial proposition for the event and working with all teams to turn that into a reality. This is hybrid role, spanning commercials, content and operations, and includes elements of all, focusing on different aspects of event delivery.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Own the agenda – build a programme with the right balance of speakers, formats, topics, etc.
  • Create a pre-launch briefing doc to understand key topic/sector themes which will define the event.
  • Identify and engage high profile speaker prospects to lend real gravitas to the event
  • Populate event agenda for 25 week out sponsorship launch.
  • Manage and explore new content or session formats.
  • Manage population of the rest of the agenda – sourcing speakers (proactively and reactively) and ensuring synopsis info is fit-for-purpose.

  • Mapping the market and owning and the relationship with different players in the market
  • Undertake regular competitor research to understand learnings and threats.
  • To market map and identify significant sponsorship prospects for upcoming events.
  • To lead/instigate engagement with sponsors and prospects to develop opportunities and frame them up.
  • To identify opportunities for structural sponsorship/partnership arrangements with key prospects, and lead on discussions to formalise these.
  • To act as the bridge between sponsorship, content and operations.
  • To co-ordinate week 25-12 event timeline, and work with marketing to ensure all objectives met to enable delegate sales to start.

About you:

We are looking for someone who demonstrates drive and commitment to succeed, with a proven track record in the events production experience with the following qualities

  • Ambitious, highly organised graduate.
  • Commercial aptitude with desire to evolve and grow
  • Great communicator with strong analytical research skills that enable you to build an understanding both the markets you will be investigating and client needs
  • Assertive and able to direct others
  • Content curation and production skills.
