It happens. Twitter works hard to prevent it – and you can help by insisting on a double authentication for password resets, and you can also try using

more secure passwords

, but it happens. No doubt it will happen again to another big brand.

However, the way Jeep dealt with it was classy, and funny. Well done Jeep.
