Oracle has announced its acquisition of cloud-based software provider Maxymiser.
Already experiencing rapid growth, Oracle Marketing Cloud can now add Maxymiser’s extensive client list to its portfolio, brands include Allianz, HSBC and Tommy Hilfiger.
Oracle hopes the addition will substantially increase customer engagement and revenue.
