Customer experience platform Sitecore has announced digital agency Pancentric Digital as its latest gold partner.
The partnership aims to drive engagement rates and enhance customer usage of the platform.
Pancentric recently worked with Sitecore in the global re-platforming of the OCS Group, which kick-started an ongoing rollout to 16 countries. In the following months, the partnership is set to launch these deployments into the UK insurance sector.

in an attempt to reduce the complexities of marketing and increase ROI.
