Arjowiggins showcases the positive impact of recycled paper

Arjowiggins Graphic and Antalis has unveiled an online video campaign to highlight the postive impact using recycled paper can have upon the 

Geared towards U.K. business, the manufacturer of recycled papers uses combination of origami style animations, real and green screen footage to bring the subject to life, the video introduces the viewer to ‘Paperworld’.

Designed by production company Banana Split, the video shows a young girl’s journey through dark streets and bustling traffic guided by a paper chain and brightly coloured origami animals until she finally reaches the entrancing Paperworld, buzzing with bright colours and wildlife.

By linking recycled papers to nature, the campaign aims to deliver a simple message to businesses about the positive impact of switching to recycled papers. 

Arjowiggins Graphic’s marketing and corporate communications manager, Shannan Hodgson, said:  “Companies are more frequently looking to source supplies that match the requirements of their CSR policies, with 30 per cent of respondents surveyed by Arjowiggins Graphic believing that sourcing sustainable material is the biggest environmental challenge facing their business in the next 2-3 years.  

“Switching to recycled papers is a simple way for businesses to meet sustainability targets and more and more, it’s what their customers will expect.  Recycled papers can have a big impact on the business’ carbon footprint – also saving water, energy, wood and waste to landfill.”
