The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) has launched a set of tools to identify marketers’ skill gaps and help with personal development.
The new training is designed to provide qualitative information about marketing and sales professionals’ strengths and weaknesses.
David Thorp, director of research and professional development at the CIM, said, “For managers to evaluate their teams as well as they do their campaigns, it becomes a very strong proposition to any organisation. The new diagnostics tools do just that by helping to identify where your business should invest in learning and development.
