Digital marketing service provider ExactTarget has announced new developments in its social media management platform, CoTweet.
CoTweet 3.0 Enterprise Edition is designed to help marketers engage with customers by expanding its reach to Facebook and integrating with Salesforce. The software will allow for “one-click exporting of tweets and Facebook posts to Salesforce.”
The upgraded management platform will also allow for richer analytics and reporting including the ability to track retweets, export reporting data to Excel and view and track influence over time. CoTweet will also be available through the Interactive Marketing Hub, launched this week by Exact Target, enabling users to plan, monitor and track interactive marketing programmes from a single dashboard.
