B2B agency Point To Point acquired by its leadership team

The Cleveland-based advertising agency Point To Point has been acquired by its leadership team.

Three people from Point To Point’s leadership team have bought the advertising agency, including VP of creative Jake Kellogg, VP of operations Michele Lucas and client services leader Megan Kacvinsky. Founder Mark Goren was looking for a buyer for his agency in September.

While Jake and Michele remain in their current positions, Megan has been appointed as CEO in place of Mark. Together, the three co-owners aim to expand the clients of the 37-year-old agency. Point To Point is an advertising agency for brands in the building products and manufacturing departments.

Kacvinsky said: “Our years of experience on the leadership team at Point To Point is allowing a smooth transition. That enables us to keep the team’s focus on helping our clients achieve and exceed their goals. Our mission remains the same – to help B2B brands evolve their advertising and marketing to successfully attract, engage, and sell to their audiences.”
