B2B best brand shortlist announced

The five companies selected to battle it out for the coveted best brand title at the B2B Marketing Awards 2010 are Apple, Google, Powwownow, Sage and Viking Direct.

These five brands were selected from the longlist of 20 after two weeks of public voting on the B2B Marketing website.

Joel Harrison, editor of B2B Marketing, comments, “The B2B marketing community has spoken – these are the five brands which practitioners have shortlisted for 2010. It’s an interesting mix, with brands from very different sectors and with very different personalities going head to head.

“There was some debate about whether Apple even qualify as B2B, but I nominated them and I’m sticking by my decision! It will very interesting to see who comes out on top at the awards later this month.”

All five brands will go to the awards with the chance of scooping the prize, as the eventual winner will be selected via a live public vote on awards night.

Congratulations to all the brands making on to this year’s shortlist.
