Instagram is the social platform where B2B brands see the most engagement, according to research from TrackMaven.
The report measured the average number of interaction per post per 1000 followers, and found that posts on Instagram enjoyed the highest engagement levels.
Aerospace and defence, energy, and engineering brands received the most engagement on their Instagram posts.
Pinterest was the next most ‘engaging’ platform, with the financial services industry enjoying the highest levels of engagement.
Interestingly, Twitter fell flat for the majority of B2B brands, receiving an average engagement ratio of below two interactions per post per 1000 followers.
LinkedIn was similarly disappointing, while Facebook was the third most engaging platform on B2B, behind Instagram and Pinterest.
