B2B marketers must not put content behind barriers

B2B marketers must remove their content from behind barriers if they are to create trust and build engagement.

This was just one of the issues raised at B2B Marketing’s Summit event held at The Brewery, London on 14 June. In the first event of its kind for the company, the 250 delegates were able to create their own highly tailored agendas.

Delegates could choose to attend best practice sessions or case study presentations from for key topics; data insight, social media, lead nurturing and content marketing.

Speaking about the sell-out event, attendee, Renee Joyce, marketing manager of Tangent Snowball said, “Taking a day out of the office is a big ask these days but the B2B Marketing Summit made it very worthwhile. The speakers were a great mix of client and agency, covering an excellent breadth of topics and issues that I identified with on many levels. I’ve walked away with a number of practical examples that I can implement straight away and plenty of inspiration for planning the next 6-12 months.”

A whitepaper download of 40 key take-aways will be available to download soon.
