B2B SUMMIT: Social sum-up

Agencies had the biggest voice on social media at this week’s B2B Summit with a 45 per cent share of Twitter discussion, followed by client-side marketers (25 per cent) and media (10 per cent), according to a new infographic by Marketing Options International.

Top social influencers included B2B Marketing, Marketo and B2B Hour.

The velocity of conversation peaked around 10am and 2pm, with the most discussions on the #B2BSummit14 and #B2BSummit hashtags taking place at these times.

Conversations on the hashtag had global reach, with 68.1 per cent of tweets from the UK, followed by the US (21.2%), Netherlands (4.6 per cent) and France (1.3 per cent)

The most retweeted tweet was by: @RMH40 “People don’t want good content, they don’t even want great content. They want something super relevant @gbalarin at #b2bsummit14”.
