BlackBerry has launched a global rebrand campaign ‘Serious mobility for serious business’ for the business market with the launch of the BlackBerry Passport smartphone.
Working with marketing agency Gyro, this new brand position aims to highlight BlackBerry’s unmatched expertise in providing the world’s most respected businesses with high quality professional solutions.
Gyro has created the worldwide sales and marketing assets, campaign guidelines and messaging for the integrated ‘Serious mobility for serious business’ communications platform.
BlackBerry has also debuted new flagship product: The BlackBerry Passport. This new business smartphone features a 4.5 inch square screen and touch-enabled keyboard allowing business users to ‘see the bigger picture.’
The new phone aims to make it easier to see anything from x-rays in a hospital or spreadsheets in the office and the new secure business technology allows the user to ‘work wide’.
Christoph Becker, CEO and CCO of Gyro, said: “There is nothing better than being seriously productive in your job and only BlackBerry was born to deliver that. It’s in their DNA. BlackBerry understands serious business.
“Being able to bring back a beloved icon like BlackBerry is the best job ever for an advertising agency”
