Business Crayon joins B2B group buying market

The B2B group buying market has a new entrant as Business Crayon launches today.

Promising to be another ‘Groupon for SMEs’, it joins Huddlebuy and SME Discounts in the UK B2B group buying market. In a bid to offer a unique service Business Crayon is promoting its emphasis on connecting small businesses with local suppliers.

Alex Harrington Griffin, site founder, said, “Business Crayon only features suppliers whose offices are based in your area – this has obvious benefits for both the buyer and seller.”

To encourage loyalty to the site Griffin has put a reward scheme in place that offers users redeemable points for every purchase. Business Crayon also offers a ‘deal exchange’ service where a business can relist the deal they have bought if they no longer require it.

Suppliers lined up for the first few months include Jog Post, who recently got funding on Dragon’s Den, Everywoman, Printing.com and MarketInvoice.
