Prime Minister David Cameron has launched a new poster campaign designed to attract inward investment to Britain.
Created by Mother and launched in New York, the campaign cost around £500,000 and forms part of UK Trade and Investment’s plan to generate around £1bn of business for the UK.
Britain’s international reputation was affected by the riots over the summer and it is hoped that this campaign will go some way towards easing these associations.
Mr Cameron said, “With the Olympic and Paralympic Games coming to London next summer, the greatest show on earth is about to arrive in one of the world’s greatest cities.
“This campaign is simple. There are so many great things about Britain and we want to send out the message loud and proud that this is a great place to do business, to invest, to study and to visit.”
