CI Group has acquired agency Diginut to boost its digital marketing capabilities.
The digital agency will now
merge into the existing CI Digital business
and operate under the name CI.diginut. It will also remain in London with an office in Soho, as well as having an office in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
Diginut’s founder and managing director, Danny Bull founded the company 10 years ago and has established a team of 12. Now he will become head of digital transformation at CI.diginut.
Bull said: “We’ve enjoyed a great journey with superb clients over the past 10 years and joining CI Group provides a tremendous leap in our development. Combined with CI Digital and particularly its incredible team of in-house developers, we have an even greater pool of talent and innovation to offer our clients.”
David Watt, CEO of CI Group, said the addition of Diginut gave the group news skills and created scale in the company’s digital solutions, UX and creative. “We are continually looking to add new talent and expertise to the group, particularly in areas such as digital and data analytics which will be highly influential in the marketing sector in years to come.”
CI Group’s other agencies include Ellipsis, Corporate Innovations and Roundtable Agency.
