Specialist B2B marketing research agency Circle Research has strengthened its team by appointing Andy Booth as Client Director.
Booth started his career over 30 years ago as a Unilever graduate trainee working in their wholly owned agency RBL. Moving into client-side he became a Research Manager at British Airways before heading to Brussels to head up the global research function at DHL.
A spell as European Marketing Manager at UPS was followed by a Research Director role at change management consultancy MSB (Managing the Service Business). In 2000 Booth joined Marketing Direction (MDL) as a Director and Partner.
Booth’s research focus lies in the service sector, in change management/employee alignment and in NPD. He has specific expertise in travel, tourism and in logistics/distribution. His recent clients have included many of the major airlines and alliance groupings.
David Willan, Chairman of Circle Research, commented on the appointment, “Real insights come when solid research information is coupled with industry and business expertise. That’s why we guarantee clients a highly experienced team from start to finish of a project. The appointment of Andy supports this model and we’re delighted to have such a well-respected industry professional with an outstanding track record”
