PR agency Twelve Thirty Eight has launched a new online service, which cuts out buzzwords and hyperbole from press releases.
The agency has also published The Buzzword Report 2013 with a list of the top 20 offending words, including dynamic, paradigm and elite.
Five hundred journalists were surveyed for the report, and asked to list PR terms that irritated them most.
