Global law firm Clifford Chance has signed a four-year deal with Concep to provide an email marketing service to clients of its 29 offices around the world. The supplier expects to send approximately one million emails to the law firm’s clients under this contract.
Concep replaces Clifford Chance’s previous email marketing services providers on the strength of the global capability of its offering, and its consistently branded but flexible message templates. Darren Watkins, solutions director at Concep, explains, âthey wanted something which they could roll out worldwide that didn’t require IT knowledge to operate it.â The divisional structure of Clifford Chance, with separately marketed units focusing on individual areas of the law, required a system which could potentially be accessed by multiple marketing managers in each location.
âThey also said our reporting system was very indepth and insightful,â Watkins adds.
The law firm’s email marketing is targeted at senior staff involved with legally sensitive areas such as merger and acquisition activity at large blue chip corporates.
