Richard Smith, founder and CEO at NC Creative, who will now also serve as senior consultant under the acquisition said he believed Cogent was a respected agency with exciting growth plans. “There is an excellent strategic and cultural fit that underpins this agreement,” he added. “I believe this is an extremely positive development for our clients and staff alike and represents an exciting new chapter for the business.”
