Revenue product provider Collinson Latitude has launched a global direct mail campaign aimed at helping travel organisations improve their customer loyalty programmes.
‘Latitude ignite’ sees mailers consisting of one red heat resistance glove being sent to potential customers in Europe, USA, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. The glove is accompanied by a label that says, ‘We’ve got the products that will make your loyalty currency red hot’.
Janet Titterton, director at Collinson Latitude, said, “There are many rapid low-cost ways to maintain the loyalty of the customers you hold, but the travel industry has not yet realised the potential of these opportunities.”
Recipients of the DM are encouraged to visit the campaign site where they can claim the other glove.
