European business communications provider Colt has launched an online hub to make its services more accessible to its customers.
The âhub for Europe’ promotes the company’s portfolio and allows it to offer services over the internet. The hub offers small to medium businesses the opportunity to buy business email, PC back up and email security online.
Colt claim smaller organisations now expect to source, select and buy products and services online and has launched the new service in an attempt to keep up. It has also invested in its digital marketing strategy with the hub including user generated content and social media tools such as a live web chat function.
The hub has been launched across several European countries including France, Germany, Spain and the UK. The communications provider plans to extend its service by the end of the year.
Carl Robertson, director SME product and marketing at Colt says, “The portal is set up to be intuitive and easy to use and we are particularly pleased with how positive user feedback has been in our trials.”
