Global software provider, Confirmit, has appointed Michael Wooh as its new chief marketing officer.
In his new role, Wooh will be responsible for driving global corporate and marketing strategies for Confirmit. The appointment comes at a time when Confirmit aims to reinforce its brand presence, positioning and product strategies in order to keep on its path towards global market saturation.
Commenting on the appointment, Henning Hansen, president and CEO at Confirmit, said, “ “Last year we witnessed unprecedented demand levels and Michael brings a wealth of global experience to Confirmit, accumulated over more than twenty years, with a proven track record for gaining increased market visibility.”
Prior to his position as Confirmit CMO, Wooh led corporate marketing initiatives for a number of industry-leading organisations, including Passlogix, OpTier and Platinum Technology. He also served as vice president of marketing for Computer Associates, where he initiated and implemented a product strategy that led the division to record success.
