Description:

The course offers you an accelerated learning opportunity and examines the pre-requisites specific to leading a marketing team. The course consists of two, three-hour virtual sessions, delivered over two consecutive days.

Doing marketing isn’t the same as leading marketing. Alongside your marketing skills you must also become expert in marketing leadership.
