E-Village has announced the UK launch of its CRM based email marketing tool designed to offer businesses a personalised customer-centric approach to email.
The digital marketing company has developed the tool, named Clang, to allow one-to-one style communication.
Clang is designed to use permission based information to generate personalised messages automatically. E-Village says recipients could receive a âHappy Birthday’ message with an offer of a gift based on previously-stated preferences.
Clang is available through a pay-as-you-go option as well as a contract based model. E-Village is hoping to white label the tool in 2010 allowing UK marketing agencies to re-sell it.
Rogier van der Veen, UK business development manager for Clang said, “Clang has been developed so that organisations can listen to their customers and learn about the person behind the email address in order to communicate with them in a way that encourages loyalty by making them feel valued, important and like an individual.”
