An industry peer-to-peer networking site was the medium of choice for the Prime Minister to reinforce government plans for health commissioning reforms.
Yesterday, David Cameron used Doctors.net.uk to speak to its membership of over 182,000 medical professionals. In his message the PM referred to planned changes to the NHS.
Richard Adam, chief executive of Doctors.net.uk said, “We’re delighted that the Prime Minister has now chosen Doctors.net.uk to deliver his message and see it as confirmation that the community has become the primary channel through which the Government, the public sector and the health industry can engage with doctors in the UK.”
