Account-based marketing platform Demandbase has announced its acquisition of both sales and marketing intelligence provider InsideView and technographic data and intelligence provider, DemandMatrix.
With these acquisitions, Demandbase now offers a complete “one-stop-shop” for quality data across the five key components required for B2B go-to-market including
- Firmographics
- Technographics
- Intent data
- Account identification
- Contacts
These acquisitions also help expand the Demandbase One B2B Go-To-Market Suite. Along with its ABX Cloud and Advertising Cloud capabilities, the new Data Cloud and Sales Intelligence Cloud allows Demandbase One to provide data for understanding accounts, engaging with the right customers and taking action across multiple channels.
The Data Cloud also includes Data Integrity, a customer data management provider that cleans, monitors and unifies CRM data with up to date information.
