DHL Express and Nectar partner up to support SMEs

International delivery company DHL Express has signed a new agreement with business-to-business loyalty programme Nectar Business to reward its customers with Nectar points.

The new partnership aims to provide small and medium-sized businesses with better value for their international parcel and document dispatches. SMEs who sign up the programme are now able to collect Nectar points on their everyday expenditure on shipments via DHL Express.

Shannon Diett, director of marketing at DHL Express UK, says, “This is just one of the many ways in which we are looking to support small businesses in an increasingly difficult economic climate. We strive to offer customers an industry-leading customer service on their express shipment needs and now we can offer Nectar points in addition. This means small businesses can get even more for their money and is yet another way that DHL Express distinguishes itself in the market.”

Louise Isaacs, head of Nectar Business, comments, “At Nectar Business we always aim to offer our cardholders many opportunities to collect points. Small businesses have lots of outgoings – from stationery and business insurance to transport – and by collecting points with Nectar Business they can earn rewards on their every day business expenditure to spend on themselves or their business”.
