Customer engagement tech vendor dotmailer has rebranded to dotdigital to incorporate the growth of its wider digital marketing services.
The company’s platform has also undergone a name change and will now be known as Engagement Cloud. dotdigital say the cloud – aimed at both B2B and B2C – will help customers create multichannel campaigns focused on clear outcomes.
Milan Patel, CEO at dotdigital, said the business’ mission to provide customers with the tools to best engage their audience hasn’t changed.
“Today’s rebrand has been a long time coming. It represents our name and visual identity catching up with almost two decades of continuous platform evolution,” said Patel.
