Data analytics company Dun & Bradstreet has bought data provider Orb Intelligence.
Financial details were not disclosed. Dun & Bradstreet hopes this acquisition will expand its digital solutions to include the integration of data across both online and offline sources. Orb Intelligence aims to improve Dun & Bradstreet’s ABM initiatives, audience targeting, visitor intelligence and its reach and accuracy of anonymous visitor matches.
In July 2019, Dun & Bradstreet had announced its acquisition of customer data provider Lattice Engines. Based in New Jersey, Dun & Bradstreet enables companies to use data cloud solutions and insights to optimise their business revenue. Headquartered in California, Orb Intelligence is a global firmographic data provider for CRM and B2B ad targeting.
