Eloqua launches social media toolkit

Marketing automation provider Eloqua has launched a new tool to integrate social media sharing and tracking with existing forms of outbound marketing.

The Social Sharing and Reporting toolset is available worldwide and allows marketers to pull online conversations into their promotions. It is claimed to improve lead generation, lead nurturing and lead scoring in three steps.

The technology is said to allow marketers to embed content such as blog posts into their email pushes and landing pages, track inbound traffic from social media sites – permitting an insight into the interests of potential customers – and measuring the impact of social media.

The new technology will make social media marketing simpler, Brian Kardon CMO of Eloqua says, “Our Social Sharing and Reporting tools are integrated into the same system marketers use every day, and they don’t require any special training.”
