Email service provider, Adestra, has launched a programme aimed at reducing time spent by online marketers compiling emails.
The Remote Content Pull is an automated system that updates email content by extracting information from websites. Applications include email alerts, where RSS feeds can be used to initiate an automated programme and recurring campaigns, where regular marketing emails can be automated.
Adestra are marketing the new tool via press and PR activity, mainly to current clients.
Carl Chambers, development manager at Adestra claims the new tool will save marketers time and money. He says, “By streamlining the process of updating emails by automatically uploading website content, marketers can save thousands of pounds of wasted resource and effort.”
