Robert Nicholson is Global Director of Marketing with over 10 years of B2B experience. His background covers work in professional services, technology and eCommerce. From the day-to-day operations of SEO, PPC and Social to the high level strategy of developing the marketing technology stack, Robert has worked across the full marketing mix. At Korn Ferry, he is responsible for the creation and delivery of the marketing strategy for the Products business.

Amanda currently heads up the EMEA marketing team for Panduit, having joined in 2013 and is responsible for creating and implementing the marketing plans based on the global marketing strategy.
She brings over 20 years’ experience from the B2B technology sector ranging from heading up marketing departments, setting strategy, planning, data analysis, channel development, event management and project management. Prior to joining Panduit, Amanda headed up the channel marketing team at Polycom and spent over 8 years at Intel corporation working in a variety of positions, which has helped develop her skills as a highly experienced B2B marketer.

Today, he leads the marketing, communications and product management for innovative new tech disruptor TruRating. Prior to this, he was Global Head of Proposition Marketing for Thomson Reuters Financial, and before that Head of Marketing for SunGard’s Capital Markets business.
Heidi is an award-winning senior marketing strategist with 25 years' experience of developing and delivering powerful multi-channel, multi-format marketing programmes and campaigns that enable with their customers, creating impact and differentitation.
In February 2014 she won 2 awards in the Chartered Institute of Marketing’s prestigious annual Marketing Excellence Awards – the coveted overall Marketer of the Year as well as the Professional Services Campaign of the Year.
Heidi is a member of the B2B Marketing Leaders Forum and the Business Marketing Collective, industry bodies driving the development of B2B marketing across the UK and Europe.

Iulia Balan has twelve years of international B2B marketing experience, nine of which have been in major financial services organisations.
In 2009 she joined ING Commercial Banking in Amsterdam, where she led the launch of major marketing and communications campaigns across Europe.
Iulia moved to London to join State Street Bank in 2011 and she has played a key role in bringing sales and marketing closer together. She also created a framework for the delivery of award winning marketing programmes and campaigns globally, including the Most Innovative Product Award by CorpComms Magazine for State Street’s ClientView tool – an iPad app meant to help client-facing teams to get a better understanding of client needs.
Iulia Balan is currently managing director of marketing and client experience, responsible for State Street’s client sector marketing strategy and leading the company’s first client experience programme based on net promoter score methodology. The latter resulted in a 26 point increase in NPS after the first 12 months.
Iulia has just completed an Executive MBA with Imperial College Business School.
