Title: Media & Training Marketing Executive

Location: Farringdon, London, EC1 & flexible remote working

Job type: Full time

Salary: £26k 

We are looking for a focused and energised individual who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a central role in driving the marketing of our media products and training courses.

If you have at least one year’s marketing experience and now want to take on more responsibility and greater ownership of your campaigns, this is an ideal opportunity. Or maybe you have a solid project / account management background and are looking to make a move into a marketing focused role.

As Media & Training Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing activity for a range of sponsored products including monthly webinars, annual reports, roundtables and weekly digital campaigns, ensuring that each one delivers on its individual KPIs for our clients.

You’ll be comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines and be keen to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of each media campaign.

In addition, you will play a key part in the redevelopment of our training course offering and driving ecommerce sales. This will include website & ecommerce management, creating and executing targeted digital marketing campaigns to recruit delegates, and regular analysis to monitor performance against KPIs and revenue targets.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be given the autonomy to create and manage your own campaigns, whilst receiving the support to help you meet your objectives.

The role:

Core deliverables:

  • Coordinate and promote our portfolio of sponsored media products including webinars, reports, roundtables and weekly email bulletins, ensuring key metrics are met for each campaign

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients in the development and execution of each sponsored media product, ensuring project deadlines are consistently met 

  • Lead on the marketing for our training courses, ensuring key metrics and revenue targets are consistently met

  • Undertake regular analysis to monitor each campaign’s performance and proactively identify where further action is needed to ensure targets are met

  • Monthly reporting of activity and results to identify successes/ potential risks

About you:

We are looking for someone who demonstrates drive and commitment to succeed, who has a proven track record of adding value and who can hit the ground running and fit in with a dynamic marketing team that works at pace.

You are a focused and highly organised individual, and your skills and experience will include:

  • Minimum one year’s marketing experience or within a project / account management role in a B2B environment

  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams, such as sales, editorial, design as well as external suppliers and partners

  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Experience of marketing tech such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, web and social analytics and CMS

  • Experience of build and executing email and social media marketing campaigns

  • Strong copywriting skills

  • Strong maths and analytical abilities

  • Commercially focused, and able to bring new ideas on board
