An intuitive leap
Cadwalader relies on InterAction CRM to manage its client data and used an installed solution to deliver electronic communications. However, given the increased sophistication in the marketplace, the firm needed a more robust business development tool. Specifically, the marketing team sought to track levels of engagement in different areas of interest, while delivering professionally-branded email communications carefully crafted and targeted to clients, prospects, recruits and alumni. In addition, the team wanted a solution that was easy-to-use, offered better campaign management tools, and provided insight as to the content relevant to different recipients.
