End-to-end account based marketing provider Agent3 has announced its acquisition with The Craft, a marketing consultancy that specialises in positioning and strategic differentiation.
The acquisition aims to help the two firms support their combined customer roster by offering a deeper set of insights, services and skills. Agent3 also hopes to expand its end-to-end
ABM platform
with this acquisition.
In June, Agent3 announced it had hired three senior creative executives with domain expertise in building platforms for global brands to launch its creative brand, This Machine.
Agent3 helps businesses sell more to their key accounts by identifying, targeting and engaging, using the combination of three ‘agents of change’ in modern marketing: data, technology and content. The Craft helps clients with competitive positioning, sales enablement and strategic marketing engagement with c-level audiences for customers, including
Oracle
, Luxoft and Citrix.
Clive Armitage, CEO of Agent3 said: “As we’ve built Agent3, feedback from customers has been consistent; access to specialist expertise that helps them differentiate when engaging with their key and named accounts drives the greatest strategic value, explained. This is why, as we have built our global ABM delivery model, we’ve invested in specialist expertise at each stage of the model. Now, by combining with The Craft, we are able to deliver an end to end solution, from insight, through to engagement, founded on a level of deep specialist expertise that we believe is unrivalled in the market.”
