BRAND CAMPAIGN NEWS: Marylebone Cricket Club invites hospitality contacts to 'be its guest'
Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC), owner of Lord’s Cricket Ground, has restructured its hospitality service and marked it with a new campaign.
MCC will now take full control of the hospitality offering at Lords. The campaign strapline ‘Be our guest’ has been designed to assert the famous cricket ground as a welcoming sporting venue. The strapline will be used in all hospitality materials and is the theme for a video accompanying the campaign.
Jon Robinson, MCC assistant secretary (marketing & catering), said, “It is vital that guests feel truly at home when visiting us and this can best be achieved through a personal and transparent approach. There is nobody better placed to represent the face of Lord’s to our valued customers than our own staff. This is exactly why we chose to develop a personalised marketing campaign, encapsulating this positive message to our valued guests.”
